Offers a separate coverage amount for Occupational Disease/Cumulative Trauma from $100,000 up to $1,000,000.
Offers separate coverage for damages from $100,000 up to $1,000,000. The Employer will be reimbursed for all amounts paid to settle all claims and pay all judgments arising out of bodily injuries sustained by an employee in the course of employment, not to exceed the benefit limit.
Duty to defend and cost of defense are outside the policy limits. Contains Third Party Protection from claims against the Employer for bodily injury damages to an employee..
ERISA Plan included. The ERISA Plan for this occupational accident insurance coverage contains mandatory alternative dispute resolution ("ADR"), including binding arbitration. Any disputes arising between the injured party and the Employer must be resolved utilizing the Claims Procedure detailed in the Plan documents and the Summary Plan Description.
Two and Three year benefit periods.
Weekly indemnity benefits up to 75% of the average weekly wage not to exceed $600.
