Michael L. DavisPresident/CEO Mike Davis is the President/CEO of Accident Insurance Services (AIS). AIS was founded in 1989 as a Texas Corporation and is a Managing General Agency that specializes in Texas non-subscription programs, voluntary/employer paid employee benefit programs and executive compensation programs. Mike is from Lubbock, Texas. He attended Texas Tech where he also played and coached basketball. Mike began his insurance career in 1971. He is known as the "pioneer of non-subscription". He has been involved in all facets of insurance, from development to implementing coverage. He has been the exclusive marketer for Fidelity Security; Philadelphia American of Houston; Bankers United Life Assurance; Transamerica Insurance Group (TIG); Transamerica Life Insurance Co., and developed and brokered various other non-subscription products. Mike presently has the exclusives with GHS Property & Casualty Co. (a subsidiary of HCSC) and CIGNA. Mike married Patricia ("Pippy") Davis in 1975 and they currently reside in Austin, Texas. |
Beckie Ervin, CICVice President, Marketing Beckie is the 'go to' for any insurance coverage question! Beckie has been in the insurance field since 1993. She began as an auditor for non-subscription and joined AIS in 1994. Beckie wears many hats here at AIS, including marketing, underwriting non-subscription, general liability and managing the Dallas office. When she's not at work, Beckie and her husband, Tim, can be found watching their daughter, a member of the Forney High School Varsity Drill Team, perform at half-time on Friday nights and watching her son play pee-wee football on Saturday afternoons. |
Barbara MillerLead Underwriter barbaramiller@ais-insurance.net Barbara joined AIS in 2001. She handles the majority of the underwriting and all GHS renewals. If you ever need the best rates with the best carriers, Barbara is the friendly voice to call! Away from the office you can find her with her two lovely grandchildren, Avery and Garrett. |
Neta TibbitsCarrier Contracting/Commission Inquiries/Accounting Neta is the one all the agents love! Neta is responsible for processing the commission checks. You can also contact her for agent contracting. Neta is a long-time Forney resident. Her time away from work is spent with her grandbabies, Maddie and Jaxson. She travels frequently with Maddie as she competes in jr. pageants. Neta also loves to fish! |
Bob Rogers, CLU, ChFCExecutive Vice President/Chief Marketing Officer Bob began his insurance career in 1967 as a college trainee with MetLife. Upon graduation from the University of Houston, he worked as a sales representative with MetLife until 1976. From 1976 to 1981, he was a partner in an independent agency that specialized in commercial insurance and financial services. He returned to Metlife in 1981 and served in numerous sales and sales management positions until 1991, when he accepted a position at MetLife's New York Home Office. Bob retired from Met Life in 2001 as Vice President and National Sales Director of MetLife's Voluntary Permanent Life Division. He has been a member of the national faculty of the Society of CIC since 1985 and is the chair of the Life and Benefits curricula committee. Bob has spoken before numerous conferences and groups on insurance related issues and also teaches ethics for the National Alliance of Insurance Education and Research. He also teaches the accredited continuing education courses offered by AIS. Bob is a 25 year member of the Society of Financial Services Professionals and serves on the Hospital Committee of the Shriners Hospital for Children in Houston. |
Charlotte KickPremium Accounting charlottekick@ais-insurance.net Charlotte has worked with AIS for over 10 years. During her tenure, she has worked in every capacity of the company. She is presently the Manager of Premium Accounting and handles processing of statements, invoices, and premiums for GHS. Away from work, she enjoys spending time with her grandson, Hunter. On the first weekend of each month, you can find her at Canton First Monday Trade Days. |
Lindsay Mayfield, ACSRNew Business/Loss Runs lindsaymayfield@ais-insurance.net Lindsay has been working in the non-subscription business for 4 years now. She's familiar with both sides of the spectrum as she has served her time not only assisting an MGA, but also assisting on the agency side as well. Whether you are quoting, binding new business, requesting loss runs, or numerous other things, Lindsay will be more than happy to make sure you are taken care of! In the evenings and on the weekends, she can be found on a stage, in front of a camera, or working behind the scenes. She's also an activist for the environment and women and children. |
Audrey DawsonPolicy Issuance/Certificate of Insurance/Business Conservation audreydawson@ais-insurance.net Audrey is the friendly voice that greets our clients everyday. Along with greeting customers, Audrey prepares Certificates of Insurance, maintains quote log and other administrative duties. When away from work, Audrey is a busy mother of two boys, Christian and Chandler. Her oldest son is involved in sports and keeps her weekend schedule hectic though she enjoys every minute of it! |
Jamie NeufeldAgency Support Services jamieneufeld@ais-insurance.net Jamie is the newest addition to the AIS team. She has been working in the insurance field since 2006 and currently holds a P&C license. Prior to AIS, she worked for a large auto insurance company. Jamie is a graduate of The University of Texas at Dallas with a B.S. in Neuroscience. When away from work, Jamie can be found doing home projects to improve her house or enjoying time with her friends and family. She is also an avid Dallas Mavericks fan and enjoys attending the games!! |
Jeanne CodyAgency Support Jeanne admits to being a senior citizen, but retirement is not in her vocabulary for now! She has too much energy to stay at home and says that AIS offers her the outlet that she has longed for…to learn new procedures and be productive. Jeanne has worked for many offices as a temp the past few years and we are glad to have her join the AIS team! Jeanne's hobbies are varied. She loves to read, watch movies, crafts and being with treasured friends and family. She resides in Garland with her two dogs. |
